Register A Team

Thank you for being part of the Carkinator Car and Moto Rally. We’re happy to have you on board!

Registration is simple, please see the instructions below for both online and offline registration details.

Online Registration

1. Click this link to begin the online registration process. Pick a team name and team captain and fill out the necessary contact information to register your team. Once this information is complete, a registration fee of $50 will have to be paid via credit card.

2. Once you have completed the registration process, take a few moments to set up your team's fundraising page, complete with picture and personal team message.

3. Each teammate will have to sign a participant waiver. To download and print extra copies, click here.

4. Invite your family, friends and colleagues to support your team and build up your pledges. Use email, Facebook, Twitter, whatever!

Offline Registration (no computer required)

1. Print an offline Registration/Pledge form. This form must be filled out with your relevant team information (team name, team captain name, and contact information).  This form can be used whether you have registered online or offline, in order to gather pledges from friends and family in person.
2. Download and print participant waivers for yourself and each of your teammates (Please note: each teammate will need to submit a signed Participant Waiver form on/before Saturday, June 23).
3. Once you have got your team and contact information filled out on your Registration/Pledge form, you can begin fundraising in person immediately. 
4. Don't forget to make up your team's t-shirts or costumes before June 23, so that everyone can recognize who's on your team!
